We have multiple channels available for you to tell us about issues with accommodation or experience providers. Our Help Center page has our FAQs and support info to help you manage your booking. If you need further help, you can request support from the same page, and you'll be routed to our fastest available channel: Live chat, messaging, email, or phone. All complaints are registered and will be worked on based on each request's priority and urgency.
