What happens if the online description doesn't match the accomodation?

In the case of discrepancies between the accommodation and its description, we will:
a. verify the alleged discrepancies. We'll encourage and support guests and the accommodation to reach a suitable solution; b. ask the accommodation to modify the info displayed on the platform, if needed; c. take necessary measures, including suspending the accommodation from the platform in serious and unequivocal cases of repeated info discrepancies and failure to resolve the issue.
